Rendering Services provides full consulting and design services surrounding your dock build for the lakes surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina. The Duke Energy Shoreline Management Plan guidelines are specific to these lakes and Rendering Services is well versed in the build specifications allowed. We can also provide design services for docks on other freshwater lakes where the dock is not removed for winter ... and is a permanent structure constructed into the lake bed.

 

Consulting is performed alongside of our dock design services and are integrated to assure you end up with a dock design that Duke Energy will approve and that local dock builders can build. Having previously worked doing dock designs for a highly successful builder of docks on Lake Norman and Lake Wylie, as well as having designed and built 3 docks as an owner on the lakes, we can make your process smooth and effortless.
